Summer Menus at The Sussex

The new Summer menus at The Sussex offers a whole host of options for every occasion. Delightful starters at this smart bistro style haunt include Sussex Smokies – naturally smoked haddock, cherry tomato, scallion, crème fraiche and cheddar cheese, Crispy Goats Cheese – caramelised pear, hazelnuts, watercress and lemon & honey dressing, and Chilli & Salt Calamari – mango & pomegranate salsa and lime & coriander dipping sauce.
Summer is a time where salads reign supreme, and The Sussex know how to serve up a sensational salad. Choose from; Goats Cheese Salad – beetroot, green beans, roast hazelnuts and 5 Mile Town Goats Cheese, Sussex Superfood Salad – beetroot, broccoli, quinoa, sunflower seeds, sweet potato, happy pear bean mix, pomegranate and feta cheese, or, Caesar Salad – baby gem leaves, smoked pancetta, shaved parmesan and garlic croutons. All Sussex Salads come in both small and large portions, making them the perfect pick for a light summer bite or a more substantial main course.
The Sussex serves Lunch and Dinner, including and an Early Bird Menu (2 courses €23.95, 3 courses €28.95). For an authentic, modern Irish dining experience, a trip to The Sussex is a must.
