Choose from; Goats Cheese Salad – Beetroot, Green Beans, roast Hazelnuts and 5 Mile Town Goats Cheese, Sussex Superfood Salad – Beetroot, Broccoli, Quinoa, Sunflower Seeds, Sweet Potato, happy pear Bean mix, Pomegranate and Feta Cheese, or, Caesar Salad – Baby Gem Leaves, smoked Pancetta, shaved Parmesan and Garlic Croutons. All Sussex Salads come in both small and large portions, making them the perfect pick for a light summer bite or a more substantial main course.

From ½ Roast Chicken with Lemon and Tarragon Butter, Asparagus, Baby Carrots and Champ Mash, to the Signature 8oz Sussex Burger served with a Tomato and Chilli Relish and Sussex Fries,  a main course at The Sussex is a veritable feast for the senses.
