Damien comes from well known eatery The Green Hen, having previously managed the 450 seater Tivolli Theatre. Both have worked abroad in countries such as Spain, San Francisco, and Australia, and have combined their worldly experiences of the industry.
One of The Sussex’s most attractive features is their impeccably sourced suppliers list, including their meats, seafood and organic fruit & vegetables, all of which are credited on the menu showing their provenance.
